The Cat Herder Project is an online training program, offering self-paced video-on-demand courses, supplemented by supporting written, downloadable content.  

Whether you are officially or unofficially a Project Manager, Cat Herder Project has designed its curriculum wholly based on best practices and real world experiences.

This knowledge is not merely academic, but has been implemented, field tested, and forged by fire in Fortune 500 companies - all have survived as the most powerful, relevant, and essential tools necessary to complete your projects on-time, on-budget, and with experiences that delight and amaze your stakeholders.  

• The base package will give you complete and unlimited access, for one (1) account, for one (1) year.  
• Access will be available to all training videos, supplemental documentation, like course transcripts, downloadable content (e.g. templates, samples, examples). 
• As additional services become available, some may be grandfathered into your package, at no additional cost or for a significantly reduced rate from MSRP.

• Our core package curriculum is designed to be self-paced, with around twenty four (24) hours of video in total.  
• These are segmented into around 144 micro-learning modules, each about 10 minutes in length.  
• Additional services and materials, like online quizzes, live chat sessions, etc. are optional and may add a nominal amount of time.  

Short answer - no.  Not specifically.  

• Our curriculum is designed to provide very practical and tactical tools and techniques, from a wide range of methodologies, and is not designed to prepare the participant for any specific exam or certification.  
• That being said, you will receive a certificate of completion, to demonstrate to current or future employers that you are serious about your career.
